You are absolutely correct and I guess it comes down to what works for you. I just read something on Casein and Milk protein contains about 80 CASEIN but how much are you taking in with a glass of milk? I don't know for certain, you may be fine. I know I'd rather drink Milk (real milk), something we don't have over here: Are you training today?[CSVLB]That sounds pretty good. I had about 3oz of turkey burger (rinsed off w/green pepper, red pepper, onion and shrooms (put a little bit of a 4 spice Tai seasoning on it for flava and ate that last night. Pretty good actually. I am not really use to eating 4 oz of meat in one sitting. So I'm workin my way up on that one I guess. I'm gettin there.
