The ceasing of grub production co co coincides with the ripening of fruit. So due to the following factors: wasps are outside more, the population of wasps has peaked, a change of diet from flies, aphids, caterpillars and insects to fruit, workers have nothing to do but feed themselves and also a diet of ripening fruit makes them drunk and aggressive. This means that people are more likely to be bothered when outside by wasps looking for food. Wasp traps can relieve, but not solve the problem. To get rid of wasps on a constant basis, a number of customers (including domestic, golf courses, hotels, rubbish tips, polo centers, pubs, restaurants etc) have wasp traps installed and serviced monthly at this time of the year. These types of traps have an added bonus of also attracting and catching flies.

To honor our guarantee, we require notification, in writing, within 24 hours of receipt, along with a picture of the perished bird sent to customersupport@.
We highly recommend that anti-biotics be on hand before your birds arrive. If any of the birds are tucking their head, sleeping all day, fluffed up and/or lethargic, anti-biotics as their only water source should be provided immediately.
If you have any issues or concerns about your birds, please notify us within 3 hours of receipt of your order.
Once birds are in the care of the customer, it is our customer’s responsibility to make sure that the bird(s) have everything they need to thrive in their new environment. Researching your birds before purchasing is always recommended.

Customers have 3 Days to return any unused, non-live product. Product(s) must be returned in original packaging and br undamaged. Your order number must accommodate the returned item. The Finch Farm will not provide any refunds unless the above conditions are met.
Live Animals are not returnable.
Customers are responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with any returns. Sale items are not eligible for refunds or credit. Customers can exchange non-live products for a new item or return the product for a full refund or credit. Customers are required to contact us prior to returning any products.
